Job Opportunities within VATSIM’s Pilot Training Department

 

VATSIM is looking for members interesting in further developing our pilot training and ratings programs and we have an immediate need for the following positions.

 

  • Internal Development Team
    • Members of the internal development team are responsible for developing pilot ratings, creating material for use in pilot training, and other projects directly related to the VASIM pilot ratings program
  • Regional ATO Liaison
    • The ATO Liaison will serve as the direct point of contact for their assigned ATO’s. They will answer questions relating to pilot training policy, conduct compliance audits, and provide the Vice President - Pilot Training with feedback from the ATO’s on how training policy is working.

       

  • Requirements
    • A vision of continuing to grow the VATSIM Pilot Training Department
    • A desire to help members of the VATSIM Network
    • Ability to divide workload and as well as being creative and adaptable to project changes
    • A professional and respectful attitude towards all VATSIM members
    • Ability to attend occasional team meetings as well as maintaining an active online presence
    • Moderate level of comprehension of the English Language
    • Ability to dedicate at least 1 hour per week to the position
    • A clean VATSIM record with no significant CoC/CoR violations within the last year.
