Welcome to the VATSIM Pilot Training Department.

The information within these pages is a voluntary pilot training program that is open to each and every member of VATSIM. The program includes an assortment of official pilot ratings that you may earn by completing the requirements outlined in the syllabus for each rating.

The training for each rating will be provided by a VATSIM Authorized Training Organization (ATO). Information on which organizations are authorized and how to join the training program is also found on the pages contained within this site. Each organization provides a level of training that satisfies the requirements for each pilot rating, so feel free to browse the selection and find one that fits your personality, interests, and desires.
