The NDB section contains the location, frequency, and name of all the NDB's within the sector. Below is an example on how to define a NDB. Please note the ruler surrounding the data. This is not required in your sector file but is handy.
The first field is the NDB name followed by the frequency and finally the latitude and longitude.
