Some airports in the regional group of Düsseldorf rarely get the love they deserve and thus our little regional airport at Mönchengladbach (EDLN) does not see a lot of traffic on the VATSIM network. We still love our little airport and therefore we would like to invite you to Mönchengladbach, IFR or VFR. 

What makes Mönchengladbach so special?

With a CTR ceiling of 2000ft and arrivals into Düsseldorf going right above the airport when runways 05 R/L are active, this little airport proves a challange to all IFR departures and arrivals to keep their calm, seeing other aircraft cross from left to right or vice-versa just 1000ft above the CTR.
