On behalf of the Founders, Board of Governors and the Executive Committee, I would like to congratulate Alfred (Al) Tang on his appointment as the Regional Director for VATSIM Asia.

VATSIM Asia Regional Director appointed

Following a vote by the Board of Governors, it was VP Regions (Peter Nielsen) pleasure to offer this position to Al.

Al has been acting in this role since the departure of Deepan, and has been a very strong and stable leader in this time, and previously as the Deputy Regional Director, something that members of the BoG who have worked with Al were eager to point out.

Once again congratulations Al.
