Flight Plan Management

Please note that any plan you file here will automatically be associated with you when you connect to VATSIM. You will NOT need to file your flight plan again when you connect. However, you should use the "File Flight Plan" function in SquawkBox before you connect in order to set your aircraft type so that others can see it correctly.

If you have any questions about how correctly to complete this form, the VATSIM Pilot Resource Center can help. Specifically, VATSIM 122a describes this form and provides detailed guidance for completing box 3.

Lookup Plan	Enter a callsign in block 2 and press Lookup Plan to retrieve flight plan details from any pilot in the system. You may then add your own details and file the same plan.
File Flight Plan	After filling in the blocks of the form, press File Flight Plan to submit the plan to the server. Because this function makes a connection to the server, you MUST include your VATSIM ID and password for validation.
Cancel Plan	This will cancel your flight plan, removing it from the system. Because this function makes a connection to the server, you MUST include your VATSIM ID and password for validation.
Clear Form	This will clear all fields on the form to allow you to start over.
